Are You A Lightworker or Empath?
The focus of empaths is more of the feeling and healing of emotions, so that they can help others do the same. The focus of Lightworkers is about finding their purpose so that they can uplift the planet - raise the vibrations. They focus on good vibes! The main difference between Empaths and Lightworkers is that Empaths are more about feeling emotions and energy and Lightworkers are more about spirituality and purpose! Not all Empaths are Lightworkers, and not all Lightworkers are Empaths, however some Lightworkers are highly empathic!

If you chose mostly A's: You are likely an Empath!
Empaths have the paranormal ability to understand and sometimes literally feel the emotional, mental and/or physical states of another person. Empaths are emotional sponges: they absorb the emotions and energy of others into their own bodies. This goes deeper than compassion - they are actually stepping into the person's shoes and taking on their emotions. For an Empath, this may seem like an energetic burden, but it's actually a gift. Because of this gift, Empaths are more highly in tune with themselves, which drives them to heal themselves and their lives. They then realise that they also have the power to heal others and teach others to heal as well! Empaths are natural healers. They can also be great counselors and advisors. Empaths are often highly expressive and great communicators; they talk openly and at times quite frankly. They can also be very reclusive to the point that they seem aloof, when they are overwhelmed or overloaded. Empaths also are highly attuned to nature and the planet and that great feeling of connection and energy from the planet is what gives them strength. The problem is when disempowered empaths do not have the skills to center and protect themselves from negative energy, so that they take on all that negativity from others and therefore feel fatigued and disillusioned. They may find life to be an infinite struggle when it should be light and boundless like they are.

If you chose mostly B's: You are likely a Lightworker!
Lightworkers are born with a purpose in life, and they are excited to get started. The urge to fulfill a mission has always been strong within their veins, and all their life they search for this purpose. They may come to the planet remembering what they are here to do, or it may take some time. But the primary focus of a Lightworker is to light up the world from the joy they get from following their passions and show others how to do the same. They know what life is all about - and it's about joy, light and love. Lightworkers always focus on adding value and making the world a better place. Lightworkers often get to this place in life from hard beginnings and sometimes a spiritual awakening. This is how they understand the importance of being a kind person, of serving others and making a positive difference in the world. They have a knowing of a more utopian way of living, and they seek to show how living your truth in service to others can uplift humanity and all will benefit. Lightworkers often have an "otherworldly" air to them as they aren't interested in typical things such as small talk, watching TV or celebrity gossip. But they ARE interested in helping YOU become the best person you can be!

If you chose mostly C's: You are likely an Empathic Lightworker!
Empathic Lightworkers are a special breed of Lightworker who are highly empathic. Not only do they care about uplifting the planet, raising the vibration and feeling alive, but they also feel the emotions of others and that means they pick up their energy, too. Empathic lightworkers are therefore highly attuned to the planet and the emotions of others, and they use this connection to tap into their inner strength and power, via their connection with others. They use this as a form of communication - what do people need? What blocks them from being their greatest selves? Empathic Lightworkers want to make a difference in the world, but instead of being more go-go-go on their purpose, they sometimes stop to feel and process more. They have the extra gift of empathy. Empaths, Lightworkers and Empathic Lightworkers are much needed on the planet because they strive to make it better, and to help people heal.
