Doing what I want, when I want, with whomever I want.

I don’t care what other people think.

I would think people see me a trustworthy, reliable and thoughtful.

They see me however I want them to see me. I know how to manage their expectations.

They see me as a capable, strong and kind leader who never sacrifices integrity to get the job done.

I’ve been reprimanded but I’m not going to bend against something I think is right just because someone tells me to.

I try hard not to be reprimanded.

It’s better to ask for forgiveness than permission.

If I’ve been reprimanded, I stand by my decisions, but I'm not afraid of being wrong. I see it as a good way to prompt us to question boundaries and push them out farther.

I’m the master of my craft; my boss should leave me alone and let me do my work.

I wish my boss would appreciate and praise me more, and give me more feedback on how I can move up in the organization or be better at my work.

I know that the secret to success in work is to do anything to make sure your boss looks good. I know how to tell how I stand with my boss

I align with my boss to forward the goals of the organization, however I make sure the organization matches my authentic goals and that my boss is a kind, inspiring and respectable person that raises me up as much as I raise him. If not, I change my surroundings until they fit me.

I refuse to participate.

I choose to work hard and do what is right, but it's annoying when others get ahead that way.

I know it by heart, and use it to get around.

I use it as a tool to influence, but never to manipulate. I always remain open and honest about my intentions.

I think of what might best work based on my experience and knowledge.

I ask experts and people who might know.

I figure out what the higher ups most want, then enlist their support.

I figure out what has worked in the past in the organization, ask my specialist crew what they think, pick the best solution, then enlist the support of higher ups.

I like to do it my own way; I need to have that creative license

I follow the rules set by the corporation, and I do my best to make my work top quality and full of value.

I align with my boss and follow the unwritten rules of the corporation to get ahead.

I morph into what is needed in each particular instance and produce awesome work products that help others but still remain true to my authenticity.

I stand up for what I believe in and refuse to sacrifice my authenticity to please anyone.

I crave a world where the good are rewarded and the bad are punished as they should be… I still don’t see it, and it’s blowing my mind.

I see everything as opportunities, take risks and see all the inner roads to get where I need to be.

Because all beings and all situations are unique, I judge what is best needed for each situation to serve the greater good, and bring out the best qualities to meet that challenge.

I don’t consider anything rules, but rather guidelines. I sometimes bend the rules.

I generally follow the rules.

Depends on which rules you are talking about.

I question all of the rules, consider who made them, what are their motivations, and I take the heart of that rule – the need it’s trying to fulfill – and use that to assess whether the rule is right to handle what’s going on at this moment, and then I proceed based on my intuition, knowledge and genuine care to help all on the planet.

I’m awesome in crisis because I’m highly aware of my skills and how they relate to the big picture.

I’m unsure of my response unless there is a protocol.

I use it to try to make myself look good, or the hero.

I tap into my inner knowledge to do whatever I can to immediately fix the situation, then I find the lesson from it, and purpose to drive me to finding the perfect solution.

Fake people: those who play politics and brown-nose their way around the corporation.

People who are not true to their word.

People who don't understand the way corporations work.

That corporations can easily be forces for positive change in the world, but people are still caught up in old values of high positions, money and material things to see it.
